5 Star surveying
Every 5 Star project begins with a complete and accurate survey. One of our surveyors will check over the details of your property and provide the correct dimensions for manufacture.
They will also check over the structural openings to ensure that theyโre in good condition and, visit the design plans to ensure the chosen styles are suitable for your property.
5 Star care & attention
As we say, your home is in good hands with 5 Star. Our installers will take great care working on your property, laying dust sheets and working with you to move any valuables to prevent them from being damaged.
Upon completion, the installation team will clean up after themselves and take every care to ensure that your home is looking as good as new.
5 Star fitting
All existing frames, including any old sealant and debris, will be carefully removed and, where possible, recycled.
Then, your new frames will be carefully placed and secured by our expert installers.
Every 5 Star installation is completed to the highest possible standards. Weโve been members of the Federation of Master Builders for 15 years and we are regularly assessed to make sure it meets the required standard โ so you can be assured that our work is done to an exceptionally high standard.
We are also both a FENSA and Ultraframe Ultra approved installer.
5 Star glazing
Your glazed units will be firmly fitted in position before beading is tapped securely into place and any trims required are measured and fitted.
The frame and glass are then cleaned thoroughly to remove dirt and dust.
5 Star finishing touches
Finally, your 5 Star installers will apply a smooth bead of silicone between the frame and brickwork to ensure a professional watertight finish.
