Origin Soho OB-36+ offers a variety of configuration options:
- Option 1: Single Origin Soho OB-36+ Collection door opening left or right
- Option 2: Origin Soho OB-36+ Collection French doors opening individually or together, master and slave
- Option 3: Origin Soho OB-36+ Collection 3-door bi-fold set, opening either left or right
- Option 4: Origin Soho OB-36+ Collection 4-door system comprising 3 bi-folds and a single door, with the single door opening first in the opposite direction to the pack. The second option within option 4 is a set of French doors, master, and slave, but within 2 fixed frames.
- Option 5: Origin Soho OB-36+ Collection 5-door system stacking to the left or right
- Option 6: Origin Soho OB-36+ Collection two sets of 3-door bi-folding doors opening left and right from the centre

ORIGIN SOHO OB-36+ Frame Depth only 82mm, Sash Depth just 74mm, Sash Width a slim 36mm, Hingestile Glass-to-Glass Sightline a meagre 84mm, Track Height (not including rebate) 56mm, Weathered Threshold Height just 69mm, Non-weathered Threshold Height a slim 56mm, Low Threshold Height only 30mm, Low Track Height a wow 17mm.
ORIGIN SOHO OB-36+ Features
ORIGIN SOHO OB-36+ is an Industry-first steel look crital style bi-fold, Traditional Soho-style lock block, Integral glazing. 3-star diamond cylinder for PAS 24 (half-standard and thumb turn also available).
ORIGIN SOHO OB-36+’s bottom running doors incorporate a unique free glide carriage assembly, using acetal rollers with sealed stainless-steel bearings on an 8mm hardened stainless steel axle. Square bead internally. Square rebate externally. 8-point locking system and includes chamfered 20mm linear bolts and deep throw 25mm security hooks. Each door comes with 2-5 solid zinc hinges depending on height.
ORIGIN SOHO OB-36+ Options and extras
You can choose from weathered, non-weathered, or low thresholds, and there are options for opening-in and opening-out for stacking where space allows. Cill options include 95mm, 155mm, 180mm, and 225mm.
Customise your ORIGIN SOHO OB-36+ with gasket colour options in black, white, light grey, or graphite grey.
Choose from stainless steel or colour-coded running gear and contrasting or matching hinge colours in a black, white, stainless-steel finish, or colour-coded. Additionally, door-to-window coupling is available, and you can opt for 2500EA, 4000EA, and 5000EA trickle vents.
The ORIGIN SOHO OB-36+ also offers marine finish options.
Please take note of the following specifications for the Origin Soho OB-36+ product size boundaries:
– The minimum set height is 1,974mm (sash 1,850mm) and the maximum set height is 2,500mm (sash 2,376mm).
– For narrow doors, the minimum sash width is 325mm and for wide-opening doors, the maximum sash width is 1,000mm.
– The maximum number of sashes for the ORIGIN SOHO OB-36+ is six, while other Origin systems can accommodate more.
– The maximum set width (without connectors) is 6,000mm.
– There should be a minimum of 2 glass divides and a maximum of 4 glass divides.
