First, one of our friendly Designers will visit to discuss your requirements, talk you through the options and provide a quotation.
Once you’ve ordered, we take care of every stage of the process for you. We’ll begin by sending our Surveyor to measure up properly for you and complete an assessment.
We’ll then order your balustrade and keep you fully informed as your project progresses. Once your system is ready, we’ll contact you to arrange installation which will be completed by our own experienced fitters.
Balustrades typically take around 30 working days to manufacture but this can vary depending on other factors.

Handrails are manufactured using anodised aluminium for exceptional durability. They are also rust free and their finish comes with a 10 year guarantee.
Handrail options include royal chrome anodized, matt silver anodised, matt bronze anodised and white powder coated finishes.
No. Handrail corners are mechanically joined with a purpose made aluminium plate.
Orbit and Aerofoil balustrades typically weight 34-35 Kg per linear metre. Frameless balustrades weigh around 75-80 Kg per linear metre.
Balustrades comply with current regulations and are accompanied by a structural calculation.
Yes, the local authority will need paperwork to confirm that the balustrade conforms to BS6180:2011 but we can provide this for you.
Orbit and Aerofoil systems use 10mm thick toughened glass. Frameless systems come with 21.5mm thick laminated and toughened glass.
Yes, you can choose from clear and tinted glass panels and also opt for a self-cleaning coating.
Glass panels for balustrades are usually no wider than 1.2m.
Yes, corners can be any angle between 60 and 180 degrees.
