What do you drive? – Galaxy People Carrier

Hobbies and Interests – Golf, Go Carting, Cycling, Jet Skis, Motorcycles and anything fast

Favourite Food – Sunday Dinner

Favourite Holiday Destination – The Alps in the summer!

What team do you Support? – My family, I hate football!

Favourite Product – Front Doors

Ed’s Team – 6 Design Technicians, and 2 Administrators and a PA

What’s your favourite part of the role? – Being a team player and leading the team

What’s worst part of the role? – Paperwork!

What’s your normal working week? – 7 days – I never stop, even when I’m at home

Previous job – I’m a fully experienced panel beater from a bodyshop background

Hobbies and Interests – All water sports and extreme sports

Favourite Food – Italian

Favourite Holiday Destination – Ibiza

What team do you Support? – The Mercedes F1 team

Darren’s Team – 1 Installations Director, 1 Head of IT processing, 1 Senior Window Designer, 1 Carpentry Engineer

What’s your favourite part of the role? – Coming in and having a lovely latte in the morning

What’s worst part of the role? – Days are too short

What’s your normal working week? – Monday to Friday – 7- 4

Hobbies and Interests: Rugby, Motor racing, Boats, Water sports

What’s your favourite part of the role?: Meeting people and striving to deliver the 5 Star service

What’s worst part of the role?: Having to travel at least a thousand miles a week

What’s your normal working week?: Monday to Friday (I’m happy to take calls whenever)      

Previous job: I owned my own company

Hobbies and Interests: Horse riding, swimming, drawing, watching movies, but I enjoy most things really

Favourite Holiday Destination: St Kitts

What team do you support? West Bromwich Albion (the pride of the Midlands)

What’s your favourite part of the role? The satisfaction I get from sorting out technical problems

What’s worst part of the role?  Just when things don’t go as expected or the frustration caused when things are out of your control

What’s your normal working week? Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm

In 5 years’ time was role would you like to be in? I’d like to be retired with my feet up in the Caribbean

What motivates you? Just a good old challenge as I like tackling things head-on. It’s hard to find motivation in a quiet environment where there’s not much to do

What would you be doing if you weren’t in the window industry? Working for Greenpeace, hopefully saving animals and the planet; it’s a real passion of mine.
