We’re incredibly proud to be celebrating ten years since opening our Worcester showroom on Carden Street, and we’re marking the occasion with a £250,000 investment to make the space better than ever.
As part of this milestone, we’ve extended our lease for another decade, reaffirming our long-term commitment to Worcester and the surrounding areas. The showroom, which is just a 3 and a half minute walk from the High Street, has undergone an exciting transformation, with new product displays, customer experience technology, and even more inspiration for your next home improvement project.
Among the new additions are our stunning Forté door collection and a full ‘hup!’ modular build display, showcasing the latest innovation in creating faster, more energy-efficient conservatories, orangeries and living spaces. It’s all designed to make your visit more interactive, informative, and enjoyable.
Managing Director Richard Manser said: “We wanted to celebrate 10 years of our showroom being open in Worcester and what better way to do that than by giving it a facelift, adding exciting new ranges and, importantly, reinforcing our commitment by extending our lease until 2035.
“Worcestershire is a fantastic place for home improvements, with an eclectic mix of housing and consumers who are keen to try new styles, whilst marrying traditional features. Customers are very loyal – once they receive a high-quality service and the trust is in place then they will keep coming back and back. Our sales tend to be 65% repeat business.”
The 5 Star Worcester showroom now spans over 5000 sq ft, featuring bi-folding doors, French doors, Juliet balconies, six beautifully furnished living spaces, and the complete Ultraframe roof collection. Our team has also integrated advanced design technology to help customers visualise products and make the selection process easier than ever.
We’re also continuing to grow, with new roles created across the business over the past year, which is all part of what’s shaping up to be one of our best years yet.
Over the past 23 years, 5 Star has completed more than 40,000 installations across Worcestershire and beyond. From design consultation to expert fitting and aftercare, our 20 year guarantee and full-service approach mean customers can expect exceptional quality every step of the way.
And our commitment doesn’t stop at home improvements. This year, we also announced our largest-ever sponsorship deal with Worcester Warriors, becoming an official kit partner and taking naming rights to one of Sixways Stadium’s most iconic hospitality spaces, now known as the 5 Star Windows Suite.
