UPVC bow and bay window conversions
UPVC Bow and Bay window conversions can be fitted to almost any flat window. This is done to improve the properties external appearance, let in more natural light and to give the visual appearance of a much larger room. Fitting a Bow or Bay window, where a flat window already featured, will need planning position when on the front of a property but not on the back or the sides. If a Bay and Bow window was already there, then planning would only be required on a listed property.
