5 Star Wins 2023 Customer Service Award

5 Star Wins 2023 Customer Service Award

The latest accolade to be earned by 5 Star came last month at the 10th annual Conservatory Outlet Network Gala Dinner, where we were announced as winners of a 2023 Customer Service Award.

It was given out in recognition of 5 Star earning an ‘excellent’ customer service rating (4.5 or above) on public review platforms like Google and Trustpilot.

Managing Director, Richard Manser, and Digital Marketing Officer, Polly Manser, (both pictured with CO’s Michael Giscombe and Greg Kane) took to the stage at the historic Aldwark Manor in York to gleefully receive the trophy.

This award acknowledges our fantastic team of workers who dedicate themselves to helping our customers, always going above and beyond to exceed their expectations, and reacting appropriately to ensure customer satisfaction.

We must also express our sincerest gratitude to our customers themselves for throwing their support behind us in their online referrals. Without this, we couldn’t have won this honour or be well into our third decade of servicing the region with the market’s best home enhancements.

Customer satisfaction has been an important 5 Star value since the very beginnings of our business. It’s why we have a dedicated group of aftercare and customer service specialists to look after our customers and their product/s for as long as it/they remains theirs.

Back in 2002, when 5 Star was born, we formulated the company strapline of ‘Styles that vary, standards that don’t’. To this day, we uphold that promise, as our achievement at the event underlines.

Following the end of the awards presentation, celebrations were called for and the afterparty with a live DJ was the perfect excuse to let our hair down well into the early hours! The gathering was also a lovely chance to catch-up with many of our fellow Conservatory Outlet Premium Retailers and honour their own accomplishments of the past year.
