Another 5 Star Performance

It was another fine night for 5 Star Windows as we scooped up the honours at the annual Conservatory Outlet Awards evening which took place on Thursday the 1st October.

5 Star have been a leading member of the Conservatory Outlet dealership for over 5 years now and we were once again rewarded for our hard work when we received the award for gaining a 95% or more recommendation rating from our customer reviews so far for 2015.

The ceremony was attended by our Managing Director Richard Manser and our Financial Director Peter Udakis who were both suited and booted to represent 5 Star and pick up the award.

It was presented to them by Conservatory Outlet MD Greg Kane.

This award and recognition is an indication of how highly rated we are here at 5 Star and a sign of the fantastic service we provide and will continue to provide for our customers.

The award adds to previous awards in recent years for continuously outstanding customer reviews and recommendation scores, both of which our staff here at 5 Star work tirelessly to secure.

Customer reviews are hugely important as they enable us to assess and continuously improve our performance where needed.
