Our 5 Star designers are lovely, there’s no hard sell, just genuine helpful advice. You can appoint a time and day that suits you, they are unlikely to be able to give you a full quotation at the time and are more likely to email or post your quotation within a few days. They are very knowledgeable and will help you with any aspect of your proposed installation.

All 5 Star’s personalisation’s can be as individual as you are! First, when you choose the colour, you can have different in and out, the frame and panel style, the glass and the direction it opens. Then it’s the locking, the barrel and the hardware colour, next is the threshold, (the bit you step over) most importantly the size will be measured and agreed with you by one of our surveyors…so you get the perfect fitting, your way!

Fitting makes perfect!

Once you’ve placed your order, a 5 Star surveyor will be appointed to measure and survey your project. They will check all the details with you, confirming if anything is unclear, explaining as they go. They will flag any issues or concern and be responsible for signing off the installation and product order with you. Then after a short wait, once your ordered products arrive in our warehouse a 5 Star Fitting team will be appointed for a time and date that suits you. On the day the fitting team will normally arrive between 8.30 and 10 am depending on how far from our Kidderminster warehouse you are. Normally when we book in the fitting team we will give you an idea how long the installation will take.

Almost everything 5 Star fit is backed by an unbeatable 5 Star 20 year guarantee. The first 10 years is also backed by a further Insurance backed guarantee doubling up your peace of mind, this second guarantee is underwritten by the CPA that’s the Consumer Protection Association.

The final 10 years covers every part even if the original manufacturer’s guarantee has expired, 5 Star will make a sensible labour fee for attending during year 10 – 20.
