Kidderminster 5 Star Windows & Conservatories Appoint New Sales Manager
5 Star Windows & Conservatories, the Conservatory Outlet Dealer for the Midlands, has strengthened its sales team after announcing that Edward Westbury has assumed the role of Sales Manager at the Kidderminster firm.
5 Star is responsible for the supply and installation of UPVC conservatories in Worcester, as well as orangeries, double glazing windows & doors.
Working from 5 Star’s showroom base of Tenant Works in Kidderminster, Ed will spearhead a team of five highly experienced salesmen already based at the company who last year benefitted from a free Retail Sales Training course organised by the Conservatory Outlet that was undertaken over a six-month period and run by renowned sales training guru Paul Clifton.
The course saw the entire 5 Star sales team attend sessions at three separate Conservatory Outlet Dealer showrooms and acquire new-found skills designed to help further improve conversion rates in the selling of conservatories in Worcestershire.
The sessions appear to have paid off as several 5 Star salesmen have put in impressive performances in Conservatory Outlet’s on-going Top Dog competition; which sees salesmen from across the network compete against one another in the race to monthly cash prizes, 5 Star’s Ross Manser being a recent notable winner.
The newly appointed Sales Manager will join Richard and Ross Manser as guests of Conservatory Outlet at The FIT Show Gala Dinner held on Wednesday 17th April at the International Centre, Telford.
