Home extensions have become increasingly popular in recent years as householders preference extending over relocating and the Livin Room Orangery is a spectacular twist on the traditional orangery.
Not only will it give you more home to love, but others will love looking at it themselves as it’s a stunning development.
The Most Up-To-The-Minute Home Extension
Though it can be crafted in a style that mimics Victorian, Georgian, Lean-To and Gable home extensions and offers the light and spaciousness of a conservatory, the Livin Room is unlike any conservatory or orangery that you will find.
Utilising UPVC, aluminium or Heritage framework, the inside of the Livin Room is plastered. The plasterboard perimeter ceiling can accommodate downlighters / spotlights that can be switched on to illuminate the interior at night. You can also have speakers built into the perimeter roof if you fancy having your favourite music filling the space and your ears.
A handy link can be created between the Livin Room and any rear garden space via the installation of bi-folding doors, patio doors or French doors. Assimilating any of these door solutions into the design is a very simple task and they promise to beautifully complement the structure and its multiple components.
The solidity of the extension originates from the Loggia-like columns and you can expect the Livin Room to provide thermal efficiency far greater than most alternative forms of home extension.
Its multi-functionality means you can use it as anything from a dining room to a play area for the kids.
